What we collect
When you create a Maintn account and use the service, we collect: your account details (name, email, phone, business name and ABN); the job, property, agency and contact data you enter; photo attachments (which may include EXIF/GPS metadata); voice recordings and transcripts from calls handled by our voice assistant; billing information via our payment provider; and usage data such as IP address and device information.
Why we collect it
We collect this information to provide the service — answering calls, booking jobs, sending quotes and invoices — and to process billing, provide support, keep the platform secure, meet legal obligations, and improve the product.
Who we share it with
We share information with third-party service providers (subprocessors) that help us run the platform, listed on our Subprocessors page. Some are located overseas (including the United States and Singapore), so your information may be stored or processed outside Australia. We do not sell personal information.
Call recording
Calls handled by our voice assistant may be recorded and processed by AI. Where you call an operator using Maintn, you will hear a disclosure at the start of the call. In states that require all-party consent, recording only continues if consent is given.
Your rights and contact
