⚠️ Template — not legal advice.

This page is a working template provided for transparency while we finalise our documentation. It requires review by an Australian fintech/SaaS lawyer before it is relied on as a production legal document. Last updated: 16 June 2026.

Cookies are small text files stored on your device. Similar technologies include localStorage and pixels. We group them as strictly necessary, functional, and analytics. We do not use advertising or cross-site tracking cookies, and we do not sell data.

  • Strictly necessary

    Examples
    Supabase auth/session cookies; security tokens
    Purpose
Keep you signed in, secure the session, enable core features
    Consent
    Set without consent (required)
  • Functional

    Examples
    Consent choice (localStorage), UI preferences
    Purpose
Remember your consent decision and preferences
    Consent
    Set without consent (minimal)
  • Analytics

    Examples
PostHog product analytics (EU-hosted, IP capture disabled)
    Purpose
Understand feature usage to improve the product
    Consent
    Only after you opt in

Analytics technologies load only after you accept via the consent banner. The banner is decline-by-default: until you choose “Allow”, no analytics runs. Your choice is stored on your device and can be changed any time via the banner or in Settings. We also honour your browser’s Do Not Track signal.

Managing cookies

You can clear or block cookies in your browser settings. Blocking strictly necessary cookies will break sign-in and core functionality. Clearing site data resets your consent choice, and the banner will appear again on your next visit.
