Job lifecycle: open → invoiced → paid

A job moves through clear stages so nothing falls through the cracks.

  1. Open / scheduled — booked and assigned to a tech.
  2. In progress — the tech has started on site.
  3. Completed — work done, photos and notes captured.
  4. Invoiced — raise an invoice straight from the job.
  5. Paid — mark it paid (or let it reconcile automatically).

Tips

  • Capture photos and times in the field so the invoice is ready the moment the job is done.
  • Use the activity feed to see status changes as they happen.
