Setting up email work-order intake

Maintn can read work-order emails and create the job automatically.

How it works

1. We give your org a private intake address (e.g. you@intake.maintn.com.au).
2. Forward — or have your agency send — work orders to it.
3. Maintn parses the email, creates the job, and links the property.

Get it set up

Go to Intake in the dashboard to see your address, or open a ticket and we'll configure forwarding with you.
